Ramona Roberts began her entrepreneurial journey when she was only a teenager. She began creating baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, and the like for her friends and family at the age of 13.

Throughout her working career she has been an administrator with such noted organizations as Edison Brothers, Monsanto, and even the Olympic Committee. She continued to create events at her workplaces as others became aware of her talents. She even even created a meet and greet while working with the Olympic Committee for General Schwarzkopf!

She began to display her entrepreneurship in a different direction as she explored her passion for jewelry. Again, as a young woman she displayed a particular affection for jewelry, even being called 'too sweet' by her father due to her desire to wear earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings all at the same time when it was not considered fashionable.

She is a mother, a grandmother, a sister and a friend to many. She is affectionately known as " The Boss Lady" and she lives up to that nickname in her business and her personal life.
